The Agency’s Brand Camp

Brand Camp puts students against the clock to test their skills with a real brand.

Brand Camp selects one client each semester for students to focus on during a 48-hour immersion into brand and brand messaging. At the end of Brand Camp, students present their findings and proposed strategy to the client.

The high-intensity of brand camp provides students with the opportunity to hone their critical thinking and information dissemination skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Student Development

Agency students developed Brand Camp in 2016 to give students the opportunity to develop a new business pitch for a selected client in a time-limited environment. Students conduct competitive, industry, messaging and target market research to gain an understanding of a client’s brand before presenting to the client as a team. Students leave Brand Camp with a deeper knowledge of these skills, which can be applied to future clients and projects outside of The Agency.
